Carmine 2025
Summer in Cagliari will be all about community participation, culture, and artistic vitality. The event, titled 'Carmine 2025', promoted by the local administration, will transform Piazza Del Carmine into an open-air stage from June 9th to the end of August.
Here is an overview of the events scheduled for the month of July:
- Monday, 14th, 7:30pm: Agorai, spaces to promote mental health. An open dialogue between patients, family members, healthcare workers, and active citizens.
- Tuesday, 15th, 7:30pm: Presentation of the book 'Assassinio sull'isola di San Pietro' by Antobio Boggio, with Stefano Cherchi (voice and guitar).
- Thursday, 17th, 6:00pm: Painting exhibition by the Alessandra Sorcinelli Cultural Association. Followed by a book presentation 'Ti lascio andare' by Daniel Lumera, with Claudia Sarritzu.
- Friday, 18th, 4:00pm: Label Market Show, a market exhibition of emerging independent brands from the island.
- Saturday, 19th, 7:00pm: Live Chess.
- Monday, 21st, 10:00pm: Screening of the film 'Roma città aperta', presented by the Tina Modotti Association.
- Tuesday, 22nd, 8:00pm: Yoga lesson by Urban Asan ASD.
- Thursday, 24th, 9:00pm: Swing Dance.
- Friday, 25th and Saturday, 26th, 9:00pm: 'Opera under the stars', orchestra and choir of the Cagliari Opera House, conducted by Cristino del Monte, Choir Master Giovanni Andreoli, featuring music by Verdi, Puccini, Rossini, and Mascagni.
- Monday, 28th, 9:00pm: Yoga lesson by Urban Asan ASD.
